Full Terms and Conditions

  1. The offer is open to 18 year olds or over, who are resident within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man and hold a full clean driving licence and are in possession of a special invitation from Renault UK Ltd or authorised Renault dealerships, with the exception of employees (and their families) of Renault UK Ltd, their agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. Customers/prospects who receive a special invitation via post or email and visit their local authorised Renault dealership between 19 - 29 October 2007 (bringing their special invitation) and take a test drive in the New Laguna between 19 and 29 October 2007 will receive a New Laguna Experience (for a list of authorised dealerships visit www.renault.co.uk).
  3. Customers/prospects will receive at the dealership a wallet with a summary of all the available experiences, a redemption certificate with a unique code and details of how to book the experience.
  4. The redemption certificate is valid from 19 October 2007 to 30 June 2008. All bookings must be made by 8 May 2008.
  5. The experiences on offer include: music lesson (instrumental), wine tasting/vineyard tour, cooking lesson, photography lesson, painting/art lesson, surfing lesson, windsurfing lesson, sailing lesson, canoeing lesson, sub aqua diving lesson, polo lesson, tennis lesson, golfing lesson, yoga/pilates class, personal training session.
  6. The redemption certificate entitles the bearer to one free experience from the list in point 5 at one of the participating venues or with one of the participating professionals. Any additional customers who want to accompany the certificate holder must pay the full price per activity/lesson (subject to availability). All future bookings or visits will be charged at the full price.
  7. To book your experience please call the concierge booking line number (provided on the redemption certificate) and quote your unique code.
  8. Redeeming your prize: On arrival at your chosen experience venue, the redemption certificate must be handed over. Failure to hand over the redemption certificate may result in you being charged for your activity/lesson at the full price.
  9. Photocopied, forged, damaged, or defaced redemption certificates or unique codes written out will not be accepted.
  10. Some activity venues are only open at certain times of the year.
  11. Minimum age and height restrictions may apply at some venues.
  12. Only one redemption certificate may be used per person.
  13. Experiences are subject to availability and will last up to an hour depending upon the experience.
  14. Entry to participating experience venues is subject to the terms and conditions of each relevant experience venue and entry is at the sole discretion of the experience venue manager or professional.
  15. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount.
  16. All redemption certificate holders will observe the individual experience venues’ terms and conditions and venues are empowered to refuse to supply the experience if the redemption certificate holder’s behaviour causes offence or the rules of the establishment are disregarded.
  17. Information is correct at time of going to press and could be subject to change.
  18. Renault UK Ltd and its experience provider ProtravelTB Ltd reserve the right to replace any of the suppliers participating in the promotion, at any time.

  20. No cash or other alternative will be offered and all experiences are non transferable.
  21. Travel to and from the experience is at the customers expense.
  22. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Renault UK Ltd or ProtravelTB Ltd shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever caused by matters relating to this offer.
  23. Multiple redemptions at the same venue by the same person are not allowed. The offer is for single use redemption at any one venue or with any one professional, by the same person.
  24. Once a booking has been confirmed, no amendment to that booking can be made.
  25. Failure to attend a booking, once made, will result in the cancellation of the redemption certificate.
  26. Participants may be required to participate in publicity (including photographic).
  27. The decision of the promoter is final and binding in all matters.
  28. The promoter reserves the right not to enter into correspondence in relation to this promotion other than the experience booking service via the concierge booking line.
